Digital Delivery

At PrimeSource, we sell access to exclusive supplier/vendor information. No physical products are shipped.

Delivery Time

After your payment has been successfully processed, your vendor access will be delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 5–15 minutes, although delivery may occasionally take up to 24 hours during periods of high demand or if additional payment verification is required.

No Physical Shipping

Because all of our products are delivered electronically, no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or physical packages will be provided.

If You Don't Receive Your Order

If you do not receive your vendor access within 24 hours:

• Check your Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
• Verify that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
• Contact our support team at support@primesource.com (replace with your actual support email), and we'll make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
